Job summary

Lamar Outdoor of Dubuque is hiring for an entry-level, full-time Installer in Dubuque, IA. The role focuses on installing and maintaining billboards, with safety as a priority and the ability to work at heights.

Training and equipment are provided, and the team supports career development in outdoor advertising operations. As part of Lamar’s operations crew, you will handle installations, light construction tasks, and photo documentation while adhering to OSHA and DOT safety standards.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction course required.
• CDL and Non-CDL licenses are a plus, but not required.
• Previous experience working at heights up to 200 ft is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain billboards and perform cosmetic upkeep.
• Work mostly alone and manage your schedule effectively.
• Operate safely at heights up to 200 ft and use construction tools.
• Attend installer and construction safety meetings as required.
• Maintain vehicles and tools and document installations with photos.
