Job summary

Lamar Advertising Company in Indiana, PA is hiring an Installer to join our Operations crew. This full-time role involves installing and maintaining billboards, with a focus on safety and accuracy, often working alone but coordinating with the team as needed.

Expect an 5:30am–4:00pm Monday–Thursday schedule, $20–$21/hour based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) with company match. CDL is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction certification required.
• CDL license is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Remove and hang vinyls and flexes; prepare and install copies on billboards.
• Build and install extensions; trim vegetation and perform minor electrical repairs.
• Maintain a clean workshop area and operate construction tools safely.
• Attend safety meetings and document installations with photos.
• Maintain company vehicles and tools; travel to job sites as needed.
• Take completion photos as proof of performance.
