Pro Serv Food Equipment is seeking a Bill and Account Collector to join our team. You will call or email customers with outstanding debts, discuss payment options, and reach a mutually agreeable resolution while maintaining records of communications and processing payments.

Ideal candidates have excellent customer service and computer skills and thrive in a fast-paced setting. This role offers competitive pay and benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Bill and Account Collector to join our team! As a Bill and Account Collector, you will be making phone calls or sending emails to customers with outstanding debts, discussing their options for payment, and finding a common ground so that every party is happy with the outcome. You will also be maintaining records of communications with customers and processing incoming payments and settlements. The ideal candidate has exceptional customer service skills, strong computer skills, and comfortability working in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
