GEICO is hiring a bilingual (Spanish/English) Auto Inside Sales Representative in Tucson, AZ. You will quote insurance, advise on coverage options, convert quotes to policies, and demonstrate value of GEICO to customers. No cold calling is required—training is provided.

The role requires 1+ month of customer-facing sales experience, Spanish/English fluency, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Benefits start Day 1, with generous incentives and licensing support.

• Base Salary ranges from $41,000-$47,000 annually based on experience
• Performance Incentives: Earn up to an additional $60,000 annually.
• Differentials: +10% Bilingual Skill: +10% for evening shifts; +20% for weekends.

What We're Looking For Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 month of customer-facing sales experience required; 3+ years preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Core Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
• Availability: Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
