Job summary

GEICO seeks a bilingual Auto Inside Sales Representative to provide quotes, advise customers on coverage options, convert quotes into new policies, and demonstrate the value of GEICO policies. No cold calling required, with licenses and ongoing sales support.

The role offers base compensation with performance incentives, plus flexible work arrangements, and comprehensive benefits. Training begins in-office, with potential hybrid 80% on-site and 20% off-site work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 month of customer-facing sales experience; 3+ years preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license (training and exam fees provided).
• High School Diploma or GED; College degree preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and engage potential customers to provide a positive and personalized sales experience.
• Identify customer needs and recommend coverage solutions.
• Stay informed about GEICO’s products and identify cross-selling opportunities.

• Base Salary: $20.00 - $40,300 annually.


• Performance Incentives: Earn up to an additional $60,000 annually.


• Differentials:+10% Bilingual Skill:+10% for evening shifts;+20% for weekends.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Qualifications:Minimum of 1 month of customer‑facing sales experience required; 3+ years preferred.
