Training is in-office, with a path to hybrid work (80% on-site, 20% off-site). The role requires Spanish/English fluency, 1 month of customer-facing sales experience (3+ years preferred), and licensing in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English required; 1 month of customer-facing sales experience, 3+ years preferred.
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and engage potential customers to provide a positive and personalized sales experience.
• Needs assessment: identify customer needs and recommend coverage solutions.
• Product knowledge: stay informed about GEICO's products and cross-sell where appropriate.
