Job summary

Fluency in English and Spanish is required. The position offers full-time hours with benefits starting on the first day of employment, and a salary of $64,771.20 per year.

Qualifications

• Requires fluency in English and Spanish for effective communication with staff and clients.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred for advanced roles.
• First aid, CPR, and emergency behavior intervention certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards for this position.
• Supervise development of shift schedules and staff assignments.
• Monitor zone supervisors to ensure daily progress and activities are documented clearly.
• Assist with orientation of new children and staff and input into treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold agency policies and procedures.
• Plan, organize and supervise activities for children as per daily schedules.
