Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum of one year of related experience and/or training.
• First aid, CPR, Emergency behavior intervention certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet federal and state regulatory guidelines applicable to this position.
• Supervise schedule development and staff assignments.
• Monitor progress and ensure documentation complies with agency policies.
• Assist with orientation of new children and staff.
• Contribute to treatment plan development as appropriate.
• Maintain safety and confidentiality standards at all times.
