Job summary

Clackamas Women’s Services in Oregon City seeks a Youth Services Relief Staff to supervise and care for children and youth accessing services through CWS. You will create a safe space for youth survivors of domestic violence and related trauma, support parent access, and help run weekly groups at the shelter and program sites.

Qualifications include minimum 1 year experience with children/youth, the ability to pass a background check, and willingness to complete 40-hour confidential advocate

Qualifications

• Bilingual/bicultural applicants preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Willingness to complete 40-hour confidential advocate training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and care for children and youth.Provide services to a full age range (infant—teenager).
• Facilitate weekly groups at shelters and centers (e.g., art-based or trauma-informed groups).
• Ensure safety within youth spaces and maintain organized spaces.
