Job summary

LivWell Behavioral Health in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Bilingual Youth Case Manager to support children and families with coordinated, compassionate care. You’ll manage intake, assessments, and treatment planning from a youth-centered perspective while collaborating with guardians, schools, and community partners.

Responsibilities include service coordination, advocacy, and documentation, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• Minimum of one year of experience with children with mental health needs.
• Strong preference for Spanish language proficiency.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, youth-focused setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer intake assessments and develop individualized service plans.
• Coordinate services and communicate progress with guardians weekly.
• Advocate for client needs and navigate community resources.
• Facilitate team meetings and engage with school staff quarterly.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
