Job summary

We Are CASA in Pennsylvania seeks a Workforce Development Coordinator to manage ESOL, vocational training, and job placement programs at its welcome centers in York and Lancaster. You will build partnerships with employers, support participants through resume work, mock interviews, and placement, and coordinate training logistics and outreach.

Fluency in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole plus a commitment to social justice are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and experience.
Valid US Driver’s License and reliable vehicle to travel between We Are CASA sites and community locations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support a workforce development program (ESOL, vocational training, and job placement) at We Are CASA’s Pennsylvania welcome centers.
Recruit, evaluate, and coordinate with instructors; monitor participant progress and course completion.
Build and maintain employer partnerships to expand training and job opportunities for members.
Conduct labor market analyses and needs assessments to identify opportunities and priorities.
Identify individualized job placement opportunities; support members through job searches and placements.
