Job summary

We Are CASA Inc. seeks a Workforce Development Coordinator in Pennsylvania to coordinate ESOL, vocational training, and job placement programs at York and Lancaster centers.

You will support participants with resumé building, mock interviews, and individualized career planning while coordinating training logistics and outreach. The role emphasizes building partnerships with employers, colleges, unions, and community organizations to expand opportunities and ensure high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English, Spanish, Haitian Creole.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and implementation of an integrated Workforce Development Program centered on ESOL, vocational training, and job placement.
• Recruit, evaluate, and coordinate with instructors; monitor participant progress and course completion; organize graduation activities.
• Build and maintain employer and workforce partnerships to expand training and job opportunities for members.
• Conduct labor market analyses to identify employment opportunities and training priorities by geography.
• Develop, coordinate, and maintain vocational training opportunities including hard/soft skills.
• Coordinate ESOL programming to strengthen English for the workplace and career advancement.
• Develop outreach and recruitment strategies in partnership with Communications to recruit members and employers.
• Maintain program records and ensure compliance with data, quality, and audit standards.
