Job summary

We Are CASA is seeking an ESOL Program Coordinator to ensure task-based English language acquisition, promote civic engagement, and integrate adult ESOL learners across our education teams. You will supervise program activities to maintain a high-quality ESOL program and other tasks assigned by the ESOL Manager.

You will work with teachers and volunteers, organize language assessments, and monitor data in Salesforce for reporting and grant applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required.
• TESOL Certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years teaching experience in adult ESOL and/or adult continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Assist with in-classroom advocacy tools aligned with progressive education model.
• Track teacher lesson plans and provide feedback.
• Train instructors in Popular Education and ensure proper classroom application.
