Agilysis is seeking a Workday Timekeeping and Absence Analyst for a onsite 3-month contract-to-hire in the Greater Chicago Area, IL. The role focuses on configuring and delivering Timekeeping and Absence solutions within Workday.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, can translate business requirements into scalable system designs, and communicates effectively in English and Spanish to support cross-regional stakeholders and end users throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Must have bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Strong expertise in Workday Timekeeping and Absence.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into system designs.
• Experience in testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.

Responsibilities

• Configure, build, test, and deploy Workday Timekeeping and Absence solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate into scalable designs.
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with architects and project teams to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Support project planning, requirements, design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Maintain functional documentation, process designs, test scripts, and implementation materials.
• Coordinate deliverables to meet milestones and timelines.
• Provide recommendations to improve system functionality and user experience.
