Job summary

Blue Fig USA, an authorized Cricket Wireless retailer headquartered in Orlando, FL, seeks a full-time store leader to manage daily operations and deliver premium customer experiences across Florida locations.

The role requires guiding the sales team, achieving device and accessory quotas, handling contracts and payments, and maintaining merchandising standards. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Retail sales management or customer service management experience.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to provide an unparalleled customer experience.
• Lead sales team to meet sales targets of 200 devices and $6500 in accessories monthly.
• Promote store growth through training, coaching, and developing the store sales team.
• Meet sales goals by selling our products and services to new and existing customers.
• Handle all administrative aspects of the sale, including contracts, warranties, payments, and filing orders.
• Maintain store standards, inventory, and merchandising; ensure store appearance and cleanliness.
