Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to deliver a premium customer experience.
• Coach and develop the sales team under Store Manager direction.
• Meet sales goals by selling devices, accessories, and Cricket offerings.
• Handle daily sales operations, including contracts, warranties, payments, and order filing.
• Keep product knowledge up to date and guide customers through purchasing decisions.
