Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, presenting products, handling contracts and payments, and staying updated on plans and promotions. Full-time/part-time roles with hourly pay and weekly commissions are available.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals by selling wireless products and services to new and existing customers.
• Present products and services to develop relationships with potential clients.
• Handle all administrative aspects of the sale and processing.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing plans, and promotions.
• Provide market feedback on local competition to Sales Manager.
• Demonstrate latest technology and guide customers through purchasing decisions.
• Consult with customers to determine wireless service needs.
• Maintain store procedures, cash handling, and merchandising standards.
• Resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure accuracy of daily cash drawer and sales records.
• Follow Velocity observations and contribute to store goals.
