Job summary

Blue Fig USA, an authorized independent retailer of Cricket Wireless, is hiring for a wireless sales role in Florida. The position involves assisting customers, presenting products, and selling services with a focus on delivering a premium customer experience.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, handling contracts and payments, and staying updated on promotions and service features. Evening/weekend availability and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to understand and implement our sales process.
• Ability to function independently as well as be a team player.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals by selling wireless products and services to new and existing customers.
• Effectively present products and services to and develop relationships with potential clients.
• Handle all administrative aspects of the sale, including, but not limited to, completing customer contracts and warranties, accepting customer payments, and filing the completed orders.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing plans, promotions, and service features through continuous learning and self-development.
