Job summary

Blue Fig USA, an authorized Cricket Wireless retail partner in Florida, seeks a full-time store leader to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage daily store operations, train and coach sales advocates, and ensure quotas for devices, accessories, and Cricket services are met or exceeded. Flexibility with evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Retail sales management or customer service management experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to meet/exceed quotas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to provide an unparalleled customer experience.
• Lead sales team to ensure the store maintains or exceeds sales of 200 devices and $6500 in accessories monthly.
• Promote store growth through training, coaching, and developing the store sales team.
• Meet sales goals by selling our products and services to new and existing customers.
• Promote positive customer experience through modeling great customer service and handling escalations.
• Handle all administrative aspects of the sale, including contracts, warranties, payments, and filing orders.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing plans, promotions, and service features.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and expert answers.
