Job summary

Blue Fig USA, a Cricket Wireless authorized retailer, is seeking a Store Manager to lead the sales team and deliver an exceptional customer experience at our Ruskin location. You will drive store performance, coach staff, and ensure quota attainment for devices and accessories while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities include daily operations, training, and ensuring accurate cash handling and contracts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Retail sales management or customer service management experience.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to meet quotas.
• Experience with prepaid wireless sales is a plus.
