Mobilelink USA LLC is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Seymour, IN to lead sales and operations at the assigned Cricket Wireless store. You will drive sales performance, oversee customer experience, and manage daily store activities with a hands-on leadership style.

The role requires at least two years of retail sales management, experience in recruiting and developing teams, and the ability to motivate staff, train on promotions, and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• Two years proven retail sales management experience.
• Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead and coach the team to succeed and create an environment where employees can excel.
• Educate personnel on compensation plans and maximize sales.
• Train staff on new products and promotions to sell with confidence.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention in investigations.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours; ensure a clean, inviting store environment.
• Support outside sales events and community engagements as needed.
