Qualifications

• Two years of proven retail sales management experience.
• Two years recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills with ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead and coach the team to succeed through engaging, motivating and developing staff.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel and deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Understand and educate personnel on the compensation plan and maximise sales.
• Partner with the District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure staff are trained on new products and promotions to sell with confidence.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention in internal investigations and store support.
