Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 2 years retail sales management experience.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Strong sales skills and ability to meet performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-store sales, service, and customer experience initiatives.
• Coach and inspire the team to achieve targets.
• Create an environment where employees excel and stay motivated.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience at all times.
• Educate staff on compensation plan to maximize sales.
• Collaborate with District Manager to launch new products/services.
• Train employees on new products and promotions.
• Support HR and Loss Prevention in investigations.
• Schedule staff to meet budgeted hours.
• Maintain a clean, inviting store atmosphere.
• Follow back-office processes, reports, and policies.
• Respond promptly to communications and complete trainings.
• Protect company assets.
