Blue Link Wireless is seeking a Sales Advocate to join our AT&T retail team in the United States. You will engage customers, explain device and plan options, and close sales with a focus on service and solutions. A paid 3-week training program is provided to get you up to speed.

Base pay is the floor, with uncapped commissions that reward performance. You will work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with potential for growth based on results and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
