Blue Link Wireless is seeking a Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Representative to join our AT&T Authorized Retail team. This full-time role offers base pay with uncapped commissions and a fully paid 3-week training program, with evenings, weekends, and holiday availability.

You will engage walk-in customers, guide device and plan decisions, and stay current on AT&T products and promotions. Previous retail experience, strong communication, and a results-driven mindset are key to success.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Previous retail or sales experience.
• Hospitality background helpful.
• Familiarity with wireless products and services.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device and plan decisions.
• Hit monthly sales targets through product knowledge and connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and shape store culture.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
