Mobilelink is Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States. We are hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate to deliver outstanding service, build value with tailored solutions, and help customers find the right wireless plans.

This role requires English and Spanish, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and a commitment to professional appearance. Training is provided, and advancement opportunities exist within the Mobilelink/Cricket team.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two languages: English and Spanish.
• Clear communication with attitude and technical aptitude.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Represent Cricket Wireless and Mobilelink professionally to customers.
• Assist store leaders with daily operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs; participate in events to promote products and brand.
