Mobilelink USA in Houston, TX is seeking a bilingual Sales Advocate to join our team. This role offers a base plus commission with a salary range of $30,000 to $50,000 per year, and requires 32+ hours weekly, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, build value with tailored solutions, represent Cricket Wireless professionally, and support store operations while aiming for sales goals and KPI bonuses.

Formación

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills; attitude and aptitude.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation; live within 30 minutes of home store location.

Responsabilidades

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customers' needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket Wireless with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs; bonus potential may apply.
• Occasionally participate in outside events, community engagements, or promotional activities.
• Engage customers and assist with event setup or breakdown as needed.
