Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Clear communication skills and positive attitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Offer tailored solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket Wireless professionally and courteously.
• Assist store leadership with daily store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs; bonuses may apply for performance.
• Occasionally participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotions.
• Events require notice and participation is considered part of employment; duties include engaging customers and representing Cricket products.
