Mobilelink USA is seeking a bilingual Sales Advocate to assist customers and provide tailored mobile solutions. You will contribute to a high-energy team, drive sales, and participate in local events to grow brand presence.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Clear communication and professional attitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Live within 30 minutes of the home store with potential to work at multiple locations.
• Able to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy and maintain a neat, professional appearance.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding needs.
• Offer tailored solutions to customers, families, or businesses.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket brand with professionalism.
• Assist store leaders with daily store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with potential bonuses.
• Participate in outside events or promotional activities as needed to support growth.
• Be available for events with notice and support customer acquisition.
