Job summary

Mobilelink USA is seeking a Sales Advocate for our San Antonio store to deliver outstanding customer service and tailored wireless solutions. This bilingual role (English/Spanish) requires strong communication and a customer-first mindset. You will help customers choose plans, meet sales targets, and support store operations.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Build value by suggesting plans and devices that fit each customer, family, or business.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with potential commission bonuses.
