Job summary

Mobilelink LLC in Pharr, TX is seeking a bilingual Sales Advocate to provide outstanding customer service and tailor solutions to fit needs in a fast-paced store setting.

The role offers base pay with commission, potential for bonuses, and opportunities for growth within Cricket Wireless. The position requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays and requires residing within 30 minutes of the store and commuting to multiple district locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages; English and Spanish required.
• Clear communication and a positive attitude with strong technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• A social media presence is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to the location is required.
• Live within 30 minutes of the home store and able to work at multiple district locations.
• Proficient with a personal computer and standard software.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance per Team Color policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Offer tailored solutions to individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leadership with daily store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs; bonuses may apply.
• Participate in outside events and promotions to support customer acquisition and brand growth.
• Receive notice of events and participate as part of regular duties.
