Job summary

Mobilelink East Arkansas LLC is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate to provide outstanding customer service in English and Spanish. You will help customers find the right wireless solutions, support store operations, and contribute to achieving sales KPIs.

The role requires 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the Mobilelink team. Training and tools are provided to ensure success in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish).
• Clear communication skills and positive attitude.
• Background in retail sales is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with empathy and understanding of needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket Wireless professionally.
• Assist with store operations and duties as needed.
• Aim to achieve sales goals and KPIs and participate in events when required.
