Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish).
• Clear communication skills and positive attitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service; retail sales background helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Build value by suggesting products and services to fit customers, families, or businesses.
• Represent Cricket Wireless with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with daily store operations and duties.
