Job summary

Mobilelink USA in Abilene, TX is seeking a bilingual Sales Advocate to join Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States. You will provide exceptional customer service, build value with tailored solutions, and help drive sales in-store across English and Spanish-speaking customers.

The role requires at least 18 years old, 32 hours/week including evenings/weekends, and a reliable transportation. PTO after 90 days, benefits, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service.
• Retail sales experience helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding their needs.
• Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
• Represent our Company and the Cricket brand with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist our leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs (which can lead to that much-needed extra bonus payment).
• As part of this role, employees may occasionally be required to participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless.
• Employees will be provided with reasonable notice of scheduled events, and participation is considered a condition of employment.
