Mobilelink West LLC is seeking a bilingual Sales Advocate to join our Abilene store. The role offers full/part-time hours with base pay plus commission, and opportunities for advancement within a dynamic Cricket Wireless retail network.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, building value through tailored solutions, and representing the Cricket brand professionally while supporting store operations and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent in two languages (English and Spanish)
• Clear communication skills and positive attitude
• Commitment to exemplary customer service and integrity
• Retail sales background helpful but not required
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding needs and offering tailored solutions
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket brand professionally
• Assist store leaders with store operations and duties
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs and participate in events as needed
• Respect event participation as part of employment and engage with customers at promotions
