Mobilelink, Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate in San Antonio, TX. Provide excellent service, recommend solutions, and help customers choose wireless plans.

This role offers unlimited earning potential with commissions, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. Must be fluent in English and Spanish, 32 hours per week including evenings and weekends; benefits after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages; this position requires English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliance on a strong social media presence is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to the location and residency within 30 minutes of the store.

• Be available for events with notice and participate as part of employment duties.
