Qualifications

• Bilingual: English and Spanish proficiency required.
• Clear communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is a plus but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the US.
• Able to work minimum 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the store.
• Live within 30 minutes of the home store with flexibility to work at multiple locations.
• Proficient with a personal computer.
• Adhere to Team Color policy and present a neat, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Offer tailored solutions to fit individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket Wireless with professionalism.
• Assist store leadership with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with potential bonus opportunities.
• May participate in outside sales events or community activities as needed.
• Attend events with advance notice and assist with engagement and setup.
