Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks a Retail Sales Manager in Bartow, FL. Lead and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales targets. Responsibilities include hiring, scheduling, development, and ensuring compliant store operations.

You will build a loyal client base, partner with AT&T Signature for events, and uphold high standards of service, merchandising, and store safety. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a similar field (Required), preferable in the Wireless Industry.
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location).
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry (Preferred).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred).
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)

Responsibilities

• Train and lead a team to deliver extraordinary customer experiences and exceed sales targets.
• Supervise daily store operations including hiring, scheduling, development, and coaching.
• Achieve location goals by coaching and developing team members to KPIs.
• Maintain staffing through retention, recruiting and training.
• Build a steady client base by ethical and customer-centric practices.
• Establish business accounts by partnering with AT&T Signature team at events outside the store.
• Maintain store environment and operations, and enforce policies.
• Keep informed of professional knowledge by attending workshops and networking.
