Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree (AA) in Business or equivalent.
• Experience: Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in a bank wire transfer department.
• Language Skills: Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish.
• Technical Skills: Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, core wire systems, online banking terminals, and SWIFT applications.
• Regulatory & Operational Knowledge: Strong knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, FATCA, Dodd-Frank Remittance Transfer rules, Travel Rule.
• Core Competencies: Attention to detail, time-management, problem-solving, written & verbal communication, customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming, outgoing, and internal wire transfers with accuracy and urgency.
• Monitor SWIFT, Fedwire, and Online Banking channels and reconcile balances.
• Prepare outgoing wires with correct bank details and settlements.
• Maintain wire transfer documentation and daily operational tasks.
• Research and resolve wire inquiries, disputes, and discrepancies.
• Draft and send Fedwire/SWIFT messages and communicate with banks.
• Record necessary accounting entries to settle investigations and clear GL accounts.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC, FATCA, and Travel Rule regulatory requirements.
