• Review payment queues, resolve errors, and return incorrect instructions for correction.
• Investigate payment issues and review insufficient-funds items.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and meet processing deadlines.
• Follow BSA, AML, OFAC, and internal banking policies.
• Assist with additional wire operations functions as needed.
