Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience at a front desk or in a customer-facing role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome participants to WIC and verify paperwork.
• Verify eligibility documents and HIPAA signatures as needed.
• Explain WIC processes and use of EBT to participants.
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments.
• Maintain accurate records and filing per policy.
• Assist with EBT processes and future appointment scheduling.
• Refer participants to needed services and resources.
• Attend required WIC trainings and participate in staff meetings.
