You will guide participants through the EBT process and scheduling, updating records, and coordinating with the clinic team. This full-time position may require relocation to other NVHC clinics as needed.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.

• Greet participants and verify completion of required paperwork.
• Verify participants' eligibility documents and HIPAA signatures as needed.
• Explain WIC processes, including EBT usage and recertification requirements.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments; maintain accurate records and data entry.
• Promote breastfeeding and refer participants to appropriate services.
• Support clinic team to ensure forms are complete before departure.
