Responsibilities include handling sales transactions, keeping accurate files, assisting with deliveries, and staying informed about product options to support sales goals.

Formación

• Have at least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
• Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Clean store equipment and maintain shop standards.
• Assist in making deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
