Qualifications

Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve materials and lift up to 50 lbs. and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
Preferred: High School diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service/delivery or retail experience.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
Tint and mix products to customer specifications; maintain clean store equipment.
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options; contribute to sales goals.
