Job summary

Aerotek, a leading staffing company, is hiring a Bilingual Recruiter in the United States. The role focuses on attracting qualified candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement opportunities, with emphasis on English and Spanish proficiency.

You will conduct screenings, reference checks, background checks, and tests, while coordinating with internal teams and clients. Base salary starts at $60,000 with a $10,000 bonus potential and capability to rise to $65,000 after one year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required.
• Customer or sales‑focused experience.
• Experience in a team‑oriented environment.
• Availability to work Wed-Sun, 8am-7pm.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative recruiting resources and networking activities to attract qualified employees.
• Screen contractors to ensure qualifications meet open positions (interviews, checks, tests, background).
• Identify and participate in networking activities such as career fairs and cold calls.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Maintain documentation in Aerotek systems to track candidates and sourcing metrics.
• Utilize Aerotek resources for conflict resolution.
