Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a recruitment professional to develop creative resources and networking to attract qualified candidates for contract, contract-to-hire and direct placement roles.

You will screen contractors to ensure qualifications, participate in career fairs, support internal and client reporting, and maintain documentation to track hiring metrics; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, not required).
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Compensation & Benefits

Upon successful completion of our hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of $50,000 as well as a performance-based annual bonus potential of up to $10,000. After 1 year of tenure, your base salary automatically increases to $55,000.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
