AAA USA is actively hiring a Bilingual Technical Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting initiatives for aerospace, automotive, engineering, marine, and advanced manufacturing clients nationwide.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish and has experience sourcing, engaging, and placing skilled technical talent in a fast-paced recruiting environment. This role requires managing multiple open positions, extensive candidate outreach, and timely interviews.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Experience recruiting for technical, skilled trades, engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, marine, or industrial positions preferred.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruiting activities across multiple technical positions, projects, clients, and locations.
• Source, recruit, and engage qualified candidates using various channels.
• Recruit and communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking candidates throughout the hiring process.
