Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to instruct and lead crews in both languages.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in weatherization, building performance, insulation, or related trades.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• BPI certification and/or experience with state or federal weatherization programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to complete weatherization and building-performance tasks while modeling best practices.
• Partner with the Weatherization Production Manager to assign crews, organize workflow, set priorities, and coordinate daily schedules.
• Troubleshoot on-site challenges and keep crews productive and on time.
• Provide technical direction on insulation, air sealing, ventilation, moisture management, and safety.
• Conduct in-field quality checks for workmanship, scope compliance, and program requirements.
• Coach crews to correct gaps and reduce callbacks and failed inspections.
• Deliver hands-on training for Crew Leaders and Technicians.
• Review work orders, measurements, and material consumption for accuracy.
• Track production metrics and drive field efficiency.
• Maintain required safety credentials and OSHA compliance.
• Communicate with customers and internal staff about schedule and progress.
