Job summary

ICF is seeking a Field Operations Manager – Home Weatherization in New Jersey. You will lead field operations, coordinate contractors and auditors, and ensure retrofit projects meet safety, quality, and schedule goals while supporting income-qualified households.

Responsibilities include managing production pipelines, monitoring KPIs, and collaborating with program leadership to remove barriers. Requires strong leadership, superb communication, and knowledge of weatherization practices;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years energy efficiency retrofit project management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of weatherization measures, energy audits, and health & safety practices.
• Background check, valid driver's license, and MVR/drug screening compliant.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations, contractor coordination, and production targets.
• Monitor schedules, service interruptions, and project pipelines for timely delivery.
• Act as liaison among contractors, field teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Ensure QA/QC, safety compliance, and installation quality per program standards.
• Develop reports and dashboards; drive continuous improvement and corrective actions.
• Travel up to 60% for site visits, trainings, and meetings with mileage reimbursement.
