Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business, public administration, construction, energy management, human services, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and program management for WAP, HVAC, and Multifamily Weatherization operations.
• Develop and manage program schedules, work plans, production goals, and deadlines.
• Supervise and develop program staff through training, coaching, and performance management.
• Coordinate staff, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure work meets quality and compliance standards.
• Monitor contractor and vendor performance including invoicing, documentation, and compliance.
• Oversee program monitoring, client files, procurement, and recordkeeping with accuracy.
• Assist with budget development and fiscal oversight including invoice review and reconciliation.
• Analyze production and expenditure data to identify concerns and adjust program activities.
